Overview
X-pert Management System is an integrated property management system (PMS). Its modules include front office, accounting, point of sale, and management materials.
The X-pert system is flexible and easy to use, customize, and modify to meet all users' needs. With the program generator facility, users can design additional programs, which can be automatically linked with the system.
In addition to this facility, the spreadsheet report generator (similar to Excel) allows users to create various reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss reports, or other reports, with ease.

FRONT OFFICE
Front Office program consist of eight main features, such as Sales & Marketing, Reservation, Banquet, Registration, Front Office Cashier, Night Audit, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

POINT OF SALE
The system has been integrated with front office cashier. Beside used in the restaurant, this system could be used in drug store, laundry and so on.

ACCOUNTING
Accounting Module Consist of six program, i.e Income Audit, Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Cashier, General Ledger, and Financial Report.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
Material Management program consist of four features, i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Daily Flash.
